About Beau:
Beau is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (TLMHC) in the State of Iowa. Beau also has degrees in eduction and has been working in elementary education for the past 20 years.
During his time in education, Beau has gained experience working with adolescents in the school setting. In addition, Beau has provided counseling services to adults in an inpatient setting as they work to overcome addiction, anxiety, and depression.
Beau’s preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is interested in working with adolescents, teens, and adults and help them overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress.
