About Erin:
Erin Drake specializes in working with adults and adolescents who are
dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress
management, and trauma. Her goal is to provide attentive, empathetic,
and reflective therapy, guiding clients through a thoughtful exploration
of their lives. She emphasizes deep listening, meeting clients where
they are, offering tools for progress, and supporting them on their path
to feeling better.
Erin’s approach is person-centered, and dedicated to creating a safe and
welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable and be themselves.
She incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), tailoring sessions to fit each individual’s needs.
Additionally, she has specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT to
effectively address and heal from past trauma.
Fluent in American Sign Language, Erin provides inclusive and accessible
support to the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
She currently works in the Council Bluffs office location, as well as
offering telehealth services.
